How to check the IP address assigned to your Polycom phone

Logic - Verifying the IP address associated with a phone will allow you to determine if the phone is currently on the data or voice network.

Step 1. Select the "Home" button on the phone

Step 2. Select "Settings"

Step 3. Select "Status"

Step 4. Select "Network"

Step 5. Select "TCP/IP Parameters"

Step 6. The IP address can be found under "IPv4"
