Manual Programming of a Yealink Phone

The purpose of this document is to define how to manually program a Yealink telephone to the Broadsmart system, this would be used if the phone does not auto-provision or is going to be used in a remote location not behind a Broadsmart router.

Step 1: Navigate to the Provisioning Screen

• Select the Menu button, then Advanced and enter the Pass-code "admin" or "br0adsmart" (case specific)
• Select Network
  • Select VLAN
    • Select DHCP VLAN and set this to "Off"
    • Select WAN Port and set this to "Off"
  • Select Auto-Provision

Step 2: Enter the URL as the appropriate option below for the model you are provisioning

Step 3: Complete the provisioning

• Select "Save" and ten "Okay" to configure. This should bring you back to the main menu
• Select "Basic"
  • Update Configuration (may appear on the second page)
    • Choose the Auto-Provision option
    • Select Reboot
