This option allows you to record your own message for the person you are forwarding a voicemail to, this way you can give them context for the voicemail that you are forwarding to them. This is an option already in the system when you navigate to the admin portal.
- Once logged into https://manage.oomaenterprise.com or https://manage.voxter.com navigate to the voicemail box section.
- Find the voicemail box you are going to be forwarding the message FROM
- Select the "Options" tab (https://manage.voxter.com) or the "Recipients" tab (https://manage.oomaenterprise.com) and check the box "Prepend message on forward" and then save.
